Decluttered a lot of stress today. Had two biopsies on suspicious areas and both came back benign.
It has been one of the reasons I have been so quiet.
Hoping to now get back into it.

Willowtree222 - wonderful news.
I spoke to my Dr daughter K yesterday - she said - I am the thinnest she has ever seen me. Told me I need to do less - spend time just sitting as she thinks - like my bestie - I am burning off the calories. K said - I have always been active. I really find it hard to sit still - certainly can't do it without doing something else like reading or knitting/crochet.
I will have another day at home tomorrow as J the builder is coming to work here.

@Florenceem maybe when your craft room is done, you can sit in there and work on your projects?

@vulpix - So sorry to hear about your 3 bad nights with insomnia. Doesn't it just burn you out when you don't rest?
@ dND - Have you checked inside Lidl. Sorry if you've already checked, but my local Lidl does have compost but they won't put it outside in case it gets stolen - easy done I'm afraid. I made the mistake of driving into Lidle carpark not seeing any compost outside and whizzing off to B&M who had a great deal anyway. I then returned to Lidl to do a little shopping after getting compost and there was the compost all stacked up inside the store entrance🙄😫🙃. It could only happen to me 😂🤣.
My plan for tomorrow is also based on how well I sleep with the level of chronic pain I have tonight. So far it's not looking promising regardless of any pain medication, although I do have emergency knock out Morphy if I haven't slept for over 48 hours 😕. Having said that, I've been on the go all day 🤨. The gardner sorted the membrane, landscape bark, and put the wooden planters in situ whilst I made holes inthe perfectly fitting plastic planters before putting stones in the bottom and filling with compost. All put in the wooden planters and I watered them fully this evening whilst watering the lillies before I decided to fill them up with a selection of Summer bulbs which one of my neighbours was going to declutter yesterday? I was more than happy to clutter up on them as I had a place and use for them 😂🤣,although I have several left over, so will be thinking what to do with them - Plenty of planters I can throw them into, if need be - I love a surprise😂.
Babyface is starting to come round a little and was more her curious self today after I knocked her out for the night. Back end sticking out of every open box or bag, so that was a pleasure to see and especially her compost covered face 😂🤣. She's frightened me twice in the office with her furry life like rat toy today. I suddenly saw something move, took a quick look to see the back end of what I thought was a real rat going out the office door, I almost screamed before I heard the crunching of the inner stuffing. The rat toy has got to go, but babyface guards it with her life - Typical! Minx 😂🤣.
Okay coffee finished and I need to try and get a little sleep. Babyface is alway snoring away and talking in her sleep at the moment - Obviously she had a good day 🤗😂. Night night all, take care, sweet dreams & ta-ta for now lovies xxxxxx

Morning all. Nothing planned for the weekend and had intended not to get up early. Mr Sox felt 5.30 was a good time and harassed me until I gave in at 6.30. It seems to have taken me all week to recover from my travels - no stamina these days. I plan to do some more wallpaper stripping in outer part of hall now the radiator has gone. There are now 4 radiators outside and I can't believe no-one has taken them. Last time I left one out it disappeared in hours. Yesterday I bought a simple grey blind for Bedroom 3, some curtain hooks (I will now find the bag of them I already had) and a cute capybara plant pot (DGS4 loves them). I went round looking at single beds with not much success so will go back to ordering on line - I have actually seen the one I am ordering in a showroom.

Supposed to go for a covid jab yesterday but they cancelled at the last moment as vaccine didn't arrive. Energy company running one of those schemes where you get a small rebate if you use power at specified times of the day so trying to do things like washing early afternoon. I like to do it early morning to get it outside or at night ready to hang in the morning. Will see how it goes whilst their scheme is on.

After new furniture arrived a fortnight ago we have been storing old furniture in the spare bedroom along with all of the packing. This room has now stopped functioning so I cannot iron, dry my hair or find any craft stuff stored in the wardrobe. It also contains the stuff I have been collecting for a car boot sale! So this room became a frog and I have been ignoring it! Yesterday I discovered that it wasn't going to shift itself so started to clean up the furniture and list for sale. A chest of drawers was snapped up within 2 hours and I am £15.00 better off. This has been put into savings jar ready for DHs 70th birthday in July. Feeling more motivated after putting some effort into it.Next week will be preparing stuff for a car boot sale. Anything listed that hasn't sold by then will be coming with us. I just hope that we can fit it all into our car!
