Tuesday continued. It got very dark making me think it was about to rain but nothing 🙂 I watched the 2nd lot of 5 episodes of The Other Bennet Sister on BBC iPlayer & thoroughly enjoyed it 😊 + finished knitting another hat. Dinner was my go to of creamy bacon & pea linguine 😋 Takes about 35 minutes including preparation time 🙂 Wudupa.

Green hopeful, I would be in hospital if I tried to put an outfit on Fomo.🤣
Upstairs is ship shape and Bristol fashion. Even tidied the bottom of my wardrobe where I have been putting bags with new clothes in. All hung up now.
I saw on the telly the other day, the average number of clothes each UK adult has is 112. Pairs count as 1. I am not average that's for sure. When I have a sort out, I will count them all. I can't wear some atm as I have put weight on. A stressful year last year and unfortunately I am a stress eater. After Easter, I will have a go at weight loss.
Soft plastics recycled.
We are off shopping whilst Lovely cleaning lady comes. It makes us be tidy at least once a week!
We used to have "tidy up and chippy tea." the night before our cleaner came. Now it's tidy up and food shop." Not quite the same incentive!

Morning all.
BlueJ94 - love the flowers.
Builder J is here - working on the skirting board.
Nigel from the blinds shop has been to measure up for vertical blinds in my craft room. It will be about 2 - 3 weeks before I get them installed.
I have a delivery slot of an hour for the Ike. delivery.
Dry here this morning.
I had a really bad night again with pain. I will increase the medication tonight. After 2 I can phone the surgery for my blood test results - I have looked on my records and they are back. It seems the anemia is sorted by the iron tablets. There were 2 abnormal results but they may be due to being low in vitamin D. I will ask for an appointment to see the Dr when I am on the call.

I have a question how many bath towels and bedding do you own? Im curious as i counted my bath towels yesterday and its seems excessive for just myself and OH so im wondering what the "norm" is 😂

Afternoon everyone
@daisy_1571 , I watched that too! I wouldn't like to count all my clothes, especially jumpers as I love knitwear.
@BlueJ94 - I have 7 duvet sets for me, one is brushed cotton so used when it's very cold & 2 are Xmas theme. They are all at least 3 years old and I like all of them! I have 4 bath towels for one person but I inherited one from my daughter when she finished uni.
I live alone so having extra bedding/towels etc means I'm not doing loads of washing all the time! That's my theory anyway 😃
@Florenceem , sorry you had a painful night.
I've decluttered one piece of work that's been hanging round for weeks, one more to go …
love to all
Deni

Not doing much as painter is in hallway - although I did get to loosely start to pack a suitcase. The gloss paint smells horrible but a bit too cold to go outside. DS2 reminded me I need another birthday card for April - not on my calendar but will add it now. On 11th which is my wedding anniversary. I went into town to the Chinese shop with DS2 to get some cooking ingredients and frozen seafood. He loves the shop and they are very friendly and helpful - this morning she pointed DS2 to a much cheaper option which she said actually had a better flavour than the more expensive one.
I put one dress in CS bag whilst packing so I have a full bag which I can drop off tomorrow at hospice shop as I park nearby for quiz. I am going to try not to buy any food except milk, fruit and bread until after I have been on holiday as I have lots in the freezer. There will be a bill to pay for decorating, carpet laying and new radiator. I also need to buy a new single bed at some point. Need to investigate further. I also have to plaster the outer hall, lay flooring and sort decorating of the hall area. Then there is the lounge and last of all the loo and bathroom. I am thinking about going for a dark colour in the toilet. It needs a new toilet and a small sink in there and I plan to put a second toilet in the bathroom which is just next door to current toilet and quite large. I have set aside one savings account for the bathroom which will not be cheap.
375 Dress to CS bag
376 Washing up rack to CS - new but I don't like it so it was using cupboard space

@BlueJ94 I have 4 duvet sets, of which 1 is brushed cotton, so deepest winter only. I have 4 sets of towels but 1 is kept for guests so isn't in my rotation. Hope that helps!
I'm definitely not average when it comes to numbers of clothes... I daren't actually count! I know I have double figures of both hoodies and sweatshirts which are my staple uniform now I'm not working, and probably 20+ pairs of jeans... 🤭
