What a lovely dress @Laura_Elsewhere. You are so talented.
@alicef I do like the colours of your socks.
One x 100g ball of light blue wool to declare. Plus 50g of red wool. I have made five hats. The rest were all made from old stash. Three will be presents. Two are for me to wear.My DH didn't want a floppy hat or one with a Pom Pom so I made him a Fisherman's beanie.

I bought a mixed bag of yarns from a charity shop just because there was one yarn that was exactly right for a small project, so now I have two random ones to add to the stash. I've been trying hard not to do that! However, one is a nice thick grey and the other is a small amount of black, so I expect they will 'come in' somewhere.
There were also a couple of items that I thought were toys but when I investigated properly, one is a cat face that hides a retractable tape measure, and the other is a row counter, which I might pass on. I'm afraid that, while I don't need another tape measure, this one is likely to stay as it's so cute!
No coupons spent, as all were second hand.

Love that cup cosy, @Gem-gem!
Just realised that I added another 5 coupons when I got back from Wales, without saying why; I found a pair of lovely comfortable Reiker ankle boots in a charity shop there for £4; their shoes & boots seem to fit my wedge-shaped feet better than any high street brands. In an effort to find out roughly how much they were originally, I looked at the Reiker website, and found a sale on, and found a totally irresistible pair of long boots for next winter at a very sensible price. So I invested; they're here and they're lovely! Not leather though; I'm assuming they'd be "other footwear" though I'm quite prepared to cough up some extra coupons on the grounds that they use more materials than, say, plimsolls.

Tonight I tidied my scarves, hat and gloves. I came across a headband that I crocheted with some leftover wool that is too big. I'm going to undo it and turn it into two cup cosies. I was also thinking about undoing and turning my mittens that I made into hand warmers as the are also too large. I don't want to waste the wool.

Shoes bought now it's warning up a bit. I still have last year's slightly battered green pair and my black ones with (not very high) heels, so went for red this time.
Also wandered into Kingston on Sunday and bought a t-shirt I really don't need, but I liked the colour. 40.5 coupons left.

May I second this? I love the blankets @Gem-gem. How long does it take you to crochet one?

Granny square blanket - 42 large square to sit on top of a king sized bed. Plus sewing up and then bordering.
I would probably be quicker now as when I completed it I had only been crouching for five months. Sewing up and bordering took two-three days (I had kitchen fitters in at the time). The cream blanket is around 2.5kg of wool. A good six to eight weeks of crocheting.
