Morning all, I'm about to start work when my student turns up. Hopefully they're on their way 🤔 my work phone decided to log me out and I had to hand it in to IT so we've now got a complicated system of, if someone rings me, they need to ring the office who will then ring me on my personal phone and pass the message on 🙈 usually everyone i need to speak to has my work phone but I can't give out my personal number to all and sundry. So hopefully work phone will be fixed very soon especially as I'm remote until Wednesday.
I've a long day on my feet planned. I've brought plenty of snacks and drinks to keep me going as I'd like a NSD. Anyway I best go get ready and find my coat in the boot as it's drizzly and cold and they should be here soon.

Wow what a long day, I've been on my feet for 9 hours. I've not complained about my foot for a long time like I am this evening and I've another day planned the same tomorrow 😩. I might have to take more regular breaks to sit as it was just too much for me. I'm also freezing 🥶 it was really cold today on site.
Dinner tonight is JP again, with veg on the side. Tomorrow I will do a butternut squash tagine and rice. Lunch I'll make quinoa in a bit with a nice salad with coriander and lemon dressing with tofu too. Breakfast I've still got half my overnight oats left. I'll add more fruit though as it didn't taste of much other than oats this morning 😐 (I don't really like oats!) I had a banana as a snack today and some dates. I'm being good but honestly I'm craving sugar. I'm exhausted. ☹️ I know I need to push through the cravings and go sugar free for a few weeks to break this cycle.....but it's really hard. Day one isn't even over yet. ☹️😩🤣 ...I'm finding it better to plan an entire day of food out though from breakfast to dinner and all the snacks in between. Drinks are tea, water and juice. So I'm having a sugar fix there I guess with the juice.
Right need some dinner now. I'm flagging big time…

I managed to last until Tuesday last week before hitting the exhaustion wall, this week it is Monday 🙈🤦🏻♀️. Anyway I had an email from HR to say my reduced hour contract has been agreed. So I will work 39 weeks a year instead of 52 (with 30 days holiday) hopefully this will help me. It also puts me back under the threshold so I don't need to pay student loan so that's good too 🙈.
