Morning all, had a pretty bad night sleep as my back is hurting from yesterday 🫣 I don't feel like I even did that much 🙈.
I'm not doing much today... resting. I have a super busy Monday and Tuesday planned where I'll be on my feet all day long. I'm hoping though that by Thursday I will have done most of my hours so can have a half day on Friday. We've booked to fill out all the forms on Friday for the wedding so that would work out well if I could leave early and not have to go back. Also would avoid that woman in work...which would be really nice.
I bought a kindle unlimited subscription for 99p last night. I hadn't got to the library, nor am8zon for a book so I've got this for now and much cheaper than buying a book.
I ordered Sainsbugs shop yesterday for collection for 50p so that's the shop done nice and easy and DP can collect this afternoon.
This website is driving me mad when the cursor keeps moving mid word 😡 puts me right off whatever I'm trying to type.

I have got back on the prol1fic train, and done around 6 surveys this morning. £17 pending and a couple of quid has cleared, so almost £20 when it's all cleared. Lots of Ai ones which I prefer as they're quick and easy.
I have had some TCB and survey money hit my account today so that's been transferred straight out to the account I raided yesterday to fund my EF. So I'm working on the yearly bills account currently, again I'd like a grand in there. I have £25.81 at the mo 😂 so a fair way to go. I will send all surveys and cashback there as well as budgeting in money as I do need that funded by summer.
I will pause EF money from next month though, I have a baby EF now so will divert away from there until other pots are funded. The xmas and birthday one isn't looking very healthy yet but the next set of big birthdays are July and then the end of the year. As my family has gotten smaller the present giving has reduced too (got to always be a plus to these things right lol). So, I am still aiming for around £1000-1500 as I like to use this pot to pay for tickets to things around Christmas or birthdays as well as food and dining out etc.
DD is at work again today, hoping her day is okay, she had her meeting last week with HR and boss about the woman who has been bullying her, she has been moved away from her now. It turns out this woman is not her supervisor like DD thought initially so the boss wasn't very happy….yesterday the bully came to find DD and her colleagues and give her some of her work because she didn't want to do it herself. DD once again just did it but I got her to just question it with the boss and the boss said that shouldn't have happened, I feel like because of DD age some people are just taking the Michael with her. So hopefully today will go a bit better..?!

I've around £25 pending in the surveys now. That's my goal done for the month if it all pays out soon 🙂🤞🏻
My personal account has dwindled to almost empty thanks to paying for the wedding, giving DD pocket money and Amaz0n failing to cancel subscription items I tried to cancel last week 🤦🏻♀️. I've tried again this afternoon to cancel 🤞🏻 as it's not been sent yet I'm hoping it will go through this time.
I've just been on n3xt and m&s looking for a top for an event at work, I need it in a specific colour I don't own (typical as I've quite a colourful wardrobe really). Then had a thought about v1nted and decided to have a look on there, found a nice enough top for a few quid and bought that instead 🙂 fingers crossed it fits!
Shopping has been collected, we've spent far too much this week 🙈 so praying it lasts us. I've decided to change up my diet a little bit and I'm aiming for as low inflammatory foods as possible (within the realms of what I've already bought though this week) I'm really struggling with bloated feelings and tiredness and other symptoms of inflammation as well as swollen legs.... So I hope 1- I can stick to it, 2- it works.

Well dinner is done. DD and DP had burger and wedges with spinach and butternut squash croquettes. 😶 I had a JP with tiniest amount of vegan butter and edamame (protein), green beans, baby corn and broccoli steamed. I mean it was nice but watching them eat theirs I was a bit jealous 🤣🙈 this is why I fail every diet I'm on. However, my tummy doesn't hurt, I don't feel salt hangover immediately after and I don't feel sluggish. So....win!
Tomorrow I have overnight oats in oat milk, chia seeds and flaxseed as well as mixed seeds (small amount of each as aware this could cause gut issues with my sluggishness), frozen fruit. Lunch is leftover edamame and veg from yesterday as well as some rice and I have an egg that has been boiled. I would rather go back to vegan though, my problems with my energy, bad skin, pains (IBS is looming most days but not a huge flare up YET) have exacerbated since I added milk and egg back into my diet. So I've googled an alternative to eggs for some protein and it's come up with silken tofu which I've never tried...so will buy that next week. I'm going to have a herbal tea and water tonight.
I might buy some bromelain tablets too for inflammation. My legs have never been like this so it's a bit worrying 🤔. Not sure what else to do or add in but I think stripping back diet to basics is the way forward with only the odd treat - not every day.

The Batch cooking programme on Monday ch 4 had a family with 2 coeliac, the meals she was preparing meant the whole family could eat the same thing instead of the mum preparing different meals. They were naturally gluten free and maybe some of them would fit in with what you'd like to eat just now?

I think from next week I'll be doing this @daisy_1571 but I had already done the shopping when I decided that yes I'm following through with it this week 🙈 nothing like a bit of disorganised chaos eh…lol. I will just power through this week and eat the bits I think are ok and the stuff I know definitely triggers reactions with sluggishness and bloating I will avoid and eat healthy instead. And next week I'll just do something everyone can eat..DD is on a bit of a health drive anyway and wanted some of my veg on her plate to go with her burger 🤣 so DP and her had a portion of veg as well as me. So I think they'll be fine with it. I just don't want to waste food this week (I've spent way too much).

Oh and I forgot to say I did have two butternut squash and spinach croquettes! They were nice and I don't feel sick for eating them although they probably weren't as overly healthy as they sounded…
Herbal tea for evening drinks and water…if I feel hungry in a bit I've vegan yoghurt in. I would like my skin to stop breaking out now like I'm 15 again 🙈 so no more chocolate snacks every day for me. I've a wedding in two months and at the very least I'd like clear skin again (a few lb off would be lovely too).

Sorry, it was for the recipe ideas I meant rather than the different meal thing, I just found it amazing how many things naturally fell in the gluten free without being labelled. Stuff she cooked looked tasty and gave me ideas for incorporating a but more healthy stuff in our diet. Id wondered if tge glutenfree stuff/real food was the sort of thing you try to keep to as anti inflammation food but if the others would eat it too that would be healthy for you all.
