Time to nudge a few people who have gone silent in the challenge (we are always happy to hear £0 but stuff going on in preference to nothing)

@AnotherNewDay @Hellesbelles @leftatthetrafficlights nothing since January, @James240 you said you were £0 for January and February - no word since, @Guinnessdrinker - nothing since you signed up

Number 18 declaring £1560 for May.

    Divided up as

    £200 to SIPP

£1000 to New Car Sinking Fund

    £360 to Premium bonds

The New Car sinking fund is a new savings cagegory. I'm hoping we won't need a new car for another 5 years or so but you never know. DH got a new to him car back in January after spending far too much trying (and failing) to get his old car working again. I got a new to me car last Feb after someone ran into me as I was mid right turn into a junction and my car was written off. Ideally, I'd like us to go down to one car but for the moment we need the two.

As always thanks to @enthusiasticsaver and @Suffolk_lass for running the thread.

I'm so sorry - I must have looked on my phone (which marks it read) - but I use a different account to update the spreadsheet. I hope the hospital trips are sorting you out and all is well @Hellesbelles

I do, however, know that I have a very big spend coming up as my boiler is knackered. So I'll be saving heavily and recording what goes in the pots, and then there will be a minus figure at some point. But I'll be making the interest in the meantime :)
