Hi,
Just filling out the AOS online. On the box regarding contesting jurisdiction, do I "intend to contest jurisdiction" or leave this unchecked?
Thanks0 -
If you are in England and Wales, don't contest jurisdiction
But DO follow the advice in the Dropbox link in the newbies sticky thread in announcements near the top of the forum regarding filling in the AOS3 -
AOS has been filled out and completed.
I will complete the defence early next week when back in the office and submit here for comment.
Thank you

So I have followed the template in the aforementioned post -
I have added the following particulars within Section 3.1
3.1 Due to the length of time, the Defendant no longer has the
parking ticket in question. The Defendant has parked in this car
park many times while visiting family and the occupier of the flat
in question has then subsequently displayed their permit on each
occasion. The Defendant believes on the on the day of the
allegation that the parking ticket may
have been displaced when the vehicle door was closed. The
Defendant has a witness that can confirm the permit was displayed.Everything else remains as per the template submitted. After spending some time scouring the forum, this seemed like the best and easiest template to use.
After seeing much confusion with regards to the response, I just want to double check that I respond via MCOL? May be prudent to do both MCOL and also email?
Thanks

Only MCOL, no email, no posting it

Step 1 of 8 complete :)

Not sure why you added a 3.1. There is meant to just be an added para 3 but no worries, after you've jumped through some admin hoops, you will win this game of 'who blinks first' and it'll be discontinued by the Autumn!
