Of course it isn't a fine!

Of course no bailiffs will come knocking.

Maybe start by reading the official MSE Guide which explains the difference. It is linked at the top of the page next to the little yellow parking ticket circle.

Thnaks all your help guys my only option is to apply for a loan or ignore it i dont have any credit phones loans or anything but not one to ignore things but after reading all your comments its clear to me  there  have not sent all the letters out running up to the court date

and ive no clue what approach to take with the letters I did receive but did reply to  each one bit still received a ccj as from the 11th of this month….if i ignore dcb legal could the fine set in court increase by the bailiffs
Like I said, if you don't use credit you can ignore it. There will be no bailiffs calling.

You could try complaining to Royal Mail about court documents sent 11th Nov were not delivered to your address. This has left you with a costly CCJ by default affecting your credit usage.
