Check with the CNBC in Northampton to see if they issued a CCJ , and the date, and get the reference number and also which address they posted the paperwork to, probably an old address which will be why the default CCJ was issued
You need these details in order to apply for a set aside
See the advice regarding all the above by studying the newbies sticky thread in announcements near the top of the forum by coupon mad2 -
Thanks for you advice the letter has arrived this morning I assume the information i need will be on there0

Did you ignore a claim form? This is a very bad situation which means you may have to pay this asap to avoid a permanent CCJ.choceye said:Thanks for you advice the letter has arrived this morning I assume the information I need will be on therePRIVATE 'PCN'? I dont recall i received any claim form just the pcn which in emailed to say i wasnt in that said service station and cant remember who was driving or who was using my vehicle0

Have you moved in the last few years. ?
I suspect that the claimant used an old address
You need to do some digging, as I mentioned earlier, because you cant move forward without the basic facts3 -
Same address for years ive had the pcn from nexus group last year or year before to the same address emailed them then heard nothing until today with a letter of judgment i want to sort it but not had a chance to explain anything just letters of demand0

Better find out the what, when, who, why, where etc, its Group Nexus. ( C P PLUS. ) so DCB LEGAL
Start with the CCJ reference number and claimant client details and contact the CNBC in Northampton ASAP
You need dates, address details, the POC details etc, especially if DCB Legal issued it3 -
I asked the said person who sent the first letter with there evidence was not clear on the photo and any more photos of the driver etc there said there didnt have to do anything and demanded money at first i thought it was a scam as ive had this before and was stung unfortunately but i was hesitant paying this pcn for a hour over stay in a service station0

You need to read what we have advised.
Phone the CNBC to find out which address the claim form went to. We guess your old address? Or is your post very unreliable?
Then read the CCJ set aside section of the NEWBIES thread post 2. Go from there.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
