Check with the CNBC in Northampton to see if they issued a CCJ , and the date, and get the reference number and also which address they posted the paperwork to,  probably an old address which will be why the default CCJ was issued

You need these details in order to apply for a set aside

See the advice regarding all the above by studying the newbies sticky thread in announcements near the top of the forum by coupon mad

Did you ignore a claim form? This is a very bad situation which means you may have to pay this asap to avoid a permanent CCJ.
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Have you moved in the last few years. ?

I suspect that the claimant used an old address

You need to do some digging,  as I mentioned earlier,  because you cant move forward without the basic facts

Better find out the what, when, who, why, where etc, its Group Nexus. ( C P PLUS. )  so DCB LEGAL

Start with the CCJ reference number and claimant client details and contact the CNBC in Northampton ASAP

You need dates,  address details,  the POC details etc, especially if DCB Legal issued it

I asked the said person who sent the first letter with there evidence was not clear on the photo and any more photos of the driver etc  there said there didnt have to do anything  and demanded money at first i thought it was a scam as ive had this before and was stung unfortunately but i was hesitant  paying this pcn for a hour over stay in a service station

You need to read what we have advised.

Phone the CNBC to find out which address the claim form went to. We guess your old address? Or is your post very unreliable?

Then read the CCJ set aside section of the NEWBIES thread post 2. Go from there.
