Its the N1SDT claim form pack from the CNBC in Northampton that either did not arrive,  or it did arrive and wasn't deaths with , that triggered this CCJ

That was the one you should have asked the CNBC about on the phone call ( not the previous Letter of Claim. )

As above you were meant to ask what address the CNBC sent the N1SDT claim form pack to for your claim no (shown on the default CCJ letter).

Just for your info you did respond correctly by email to the Letter of claim but as said it's your failure to respond to the CNBC correspondence that's caused the CCJ. CNBC Claim form amount would have been around £260 not £170.

If you don't use credit you can ignore it. There will be no bailiffs calling.

    That's not your only option.

And I already said this won't go to bailiffs which is why you could opt to ignore it.

    But there are other options:

We already said that @ChirpyChicken  knows who to email at DCB Legal to offer £35 or whatever. And how to word it.

Or, do you qualify for Help With Fees? Google it and check. Maybe you qualify not to even pay an application fee.

    You don't have a fine.

No fees are added. No bailiffs call.
