Nothing on the MCOL claim history to say they have issued an N180.1

It isn't complicated. There is one really simple form and it is also known as a DQ.bradders1988 said:N180 received via email from claimants solicitor- still not received one to do myself? Also from reading this thread and other links of threads from this thread, there are two N180’s to do? An N180 and a DQ N180 later to be sent to the CNBC, why is everything so
complicated?
The 8 steps in the Template Defence thread tell you that you won't have got the paper copy from the CNBC until after this.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Of course not. They haven't even been posted out to either party yet. The Claimants merely use a downloaded copy to intimidate.
Follow the 8 steps. Saves us and you so much time and you would have known to ignore this early version.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

When they do post it, this is what you will receive in the post

Usually takes longer, so as long as it was a pdf and you received the auto email response, relax, check again next week

Good - as long as you didn't send photos or scans of it. Unacceptable format for CNBC.
If you downloaded the N180 and attached it as a PDF then sit tight, all is fine.

You should have added an e signature, or typed your name
Compare the size of your email attachment to the pdf download
They Definitely don't like pictures or scans
Personally I would redo it and attach it again and email it, headed URGENT, UNPROCESSED DOCUMENTS and add the claim reference number , sent to the DQ email address
What you dont want are sanctions
