If you give the issue date on the Claim form it enables others to give you date deadlines for submitting your responses.
Your next move is to head to NEWBIES Announcement thread Post 2 Small Claim, scroll down to So, where to start dealing with a claim.
And read some other recent threads on claims for old pcns from Smart Parking, there's been plenty of late.2 -
Thanks
deadline reply by 16th November 20250 -
Sorry the court claim issue date: 29th October 20250
-
Then login to your government gateway account and go to MCOL, using the claim reference number and password, complete the AOS online on MCOL ASAP as explained in the 2nd post in the newbies sticky thread in announcements near the top of the forumthe_chod said:Sorry the court claim issue date: 29th October 2025
Your deadline will then be 4pm on Monday 1st December ( not 16th November )
You are not replying to anything at all, no paperwork, no email, no phone calls, just MCOL
Once your AOS online is completed, start drafting your defence based on the template defence by coupon mad, but study a dozen similar recent threads, adapting a close match
Your final draft will be 10 to 12 paragraphs, most of which are already written for you
Your homework is the final 10% to suit your bespoke case , especially as its another Smart Parking via DCB Legal case, Over Free Time, where it's simple to just adapt any recent case of a similar nature1 -
Thank you very much…1
