Hi thanks for the reply, I was after someone to confirm that my defence or my idea for defence (point 3 taken from Gladstone defence) and pasted into Gerald template with points 1 through 10?
General not Gerald. Sorry. Losing the plot a lot going on

  • Great thanks I’m not very computer savvy
  • Thank you all! Defence submitted (standard Gladstone para 3 with remaining paras from the generic template), wanted to get it submitted and out the way as we have a lot going on at home. Can anyone give me a simple list of the next steps to occur please

It's already in the Template Defence thread.

N180 received via email from claimants solicitor- still not received one to do myself? Also from reading this thread and other links of threads from this thread, there are two N180’s to do? An N180 and a DQ N180 later to be sent to the CNBC, why is everything so
    complicated?

    You are overthinking it

Ignore the claimants or lawyers prefilled in N180. ( known as a DQ,  Directions Questionnaire. ) file it away

Check your MCOL claim history to see when the CNBC in Northampton post out your paper copy

Then download the pdf N180 DQ document from the government website,  fill it in and email it to both parties. ( the DQ email address at the CNBC and CC in the lawyers involved,  or claimant if no lawyers are involved. )

One N180 DQ pdf document , so one email,  one attachment,  2 destinations

    Simple
