Nope. Can't do that. You will get a CCJ that way! A document for court must be saved as a PDF. Send it again.

PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

The scan I sent was a PDF! It was hand signed and scanned and sent as a PDF. The court letter says I must complete it by 2nd Feb!! Today. I’ve done it again and just written my name in text in the signature box and sent the PDF filled out in the same format I downloaded it. Note I left the ‘if no why’ section blank for suitability for determination without hearing, as I didn’t know what to say

But it tells you what to say in the Template defence, THE FIRST 8 STEPS, number 3 says all the DQ answers are here: then a link is given.

send the N180 back almost 3 weeks ago! Via email. Nothing has appeared on my MCOL account to say it has been received or otherwise! Very odd

Did you email your N180 to the correct DQ email address ?

Did it contain the completed N180 DQ pdf document which you download first?

    No pictures, no scans ?

If its a pdf document, email it again to the DQ email address and add URGENT, UNPROCESSED DOCUMENTS and add the claim reference number too

Ensure that you receive the email auto response back from the CNBC, and check that you have it from 3 weeks ago too

  • yes got the auto response from them! Sent the downloaded n180 as advised?
