Well, I've just received some nice payable funds via TopCashBack which means I've completed this challenge for 2026.

YTD Total: £2030.59/£2026 - Whoop! 🎉🎉🥈. I'll still be checking in daily to see how everyone is getting along and to cheer you all on. Every little helps and you'd be surprised how quickly it all adds up 😉.

I've now decided to participate in the £10-a-Day Challenge 2026 with a 6 month Total of £1825. I mustn't get sloppy with making / saving money, so this challenge should help to keep me on my saving toes for the rest of the year 😂🤣, along with other MSE money saving challenges. Please feel free to join in this challenge too - All are welcome xxx

Fear not, it's not too late.

For a few other ways to make money, there's some cashback offers listed on p1 of this thread that's worth having a skeg at:

We did a car boot sale this morning. Beautiful bank holiday Monday and the sale was absolutely packed with buyers and sellers. We made £58.64! I asked for 50p at one stage and a lady tipped out her purse and said that we could have it all, hence the 64p

I have also sold a tall chest of drawers for £15 making today's total £73.64 to add to my total.

Neither of us won on the premium bonds. We do seem to be winning less lately. Maybe time to move money for more interest?

Well the Bank Holiday weekend has been busy at my end, hope everyone had a good one.

I've had a decent start to May with £40:

    Vinted: £10.00

M&S Voucher £25.00 (from signing up to their card for stoozing use)

    Postcode Lottery Voucher £5.00 (won)

Thanks @WizardingWonder - I had a look and think I'm going to try the three you mentioned and will start with Askable. Fingers crossed!

    YTD: £1,157.80

    • £10 Shoppix

    Total = £172.94

    YTD Total = £517.48/£2,026

This is my best month so far, Everup is new for me in the last couple of months and I'm surprised by how quickly it got to £50. My aim for May is to increase the number of things I list on eBay and Vinted, to try and do more surveys and do do at least 10,000 steps a day, so I can cash out a voucher on WeWard and Macadam. I've just started using Moneywalk too, so I'll see how that goes. I tried Cashwalk but I've deleted it as it wasn't any good!

@Soontobeoap - Great going with the carboot & chest sale 😉. I gave up on PBs and decided regular monthly interest was more beneficial than waiting for a PB win.

@ Tattypud - Great start to May. It all soon adds up 🤗

@ StickyTheStickInsect - Congratulations on your best month of making money for this challenge. I hope that all goes well with your increased listings on eBay & Vinted and I hope that you sell everything you list 🤩.

All the best everyone & keep up those great money making efforts.
