9. Read 26 books - 3/26 - The Law by Frederick Bastiat. Very interesting!
I'm also a Robert Harris fan and loved Conclave. In fact, I have Precipice on my bookshelf, so I'll choose that as my next read - thanks for the inspiration!

Had a walnut salad today so that's my W protein food
And had a lovely swim followed by a sauna so will count the sauna as my s for self-care

Week 3 update...
I feel like this week went by so quickly I barely had a minute to breathe let alone do much towards my goals. I've got a few days off this week so hopefully I can work on a few then.

some of the 20 alphabets are going very well, still not made a start on two of them, but plenty of time.
a bit behind with the 26 minutes sorting a day and 26 minutes piano a day - have just completed decluttering 19th Jan and piano 15th Jan 😂 no litter picking as yet as far too cold and miserable. The dog does not seem to mind.
off to read a bit more of my D book (Death of a red heroine) then another piano, another delutter, the last workout in the C for Clean Cardio workout programme then off for C for Cocktails (self-care alphabet)
