I was off work this week on annual leave so managed to tick a few things

Fab seeing everyone's month end roundups 🥰
Things to do/achieve:
1. Catch up with all old friends in person - 6/8 (thanks to a spa day today)
2. Visit 26 new places in the UK - 1/26 The spa hotel I went to today counts!
3. Get teeth whitened - got just over £100 saved so far.
4. Couch to 5k - not started.
5 Have £2600 in the emergency fund - nothing yet, concentrating on roof repairs.
6. Get roof repairs done and paid off - £3.5k saved. Work should start in about 4 weeks.
7. Go on 26 walks - 1/26
8. Finish 2 unfinished craft projects - can choose from a needlepoint kit, quilt, knitted blanket and a cross stitch kit. Not done much on any of them this year.
9. Read 26 books - 3/26 Reading number 4 - Precipice.
10. Go to church 26 times - 2/26
11. Sit final 2 exams - next one is in June.
12. 26 mediterranean diet recipes 1/26
13. Full house declutter - 56 items gone so far this year
14. Sort the front garden so I can get my car on the drive! Not started.
15. Make a will - Not started.
16. Max out my health cash plan - 1 acupuncture session so far
Habits to implement:
17. A journal entry a day - 17/31 in Jan
18. Drink 1.5 litres of water a day - up to 600ml
19. Regular bed time - doing very badly at this!
20. Daily active relaxation - not started
21. Read a Bible chapter a day - 19/31 in Jan
22. Daily vitamins - remembering twice a week at the moment
23. Washing up. Every. Single. Day. Not every day, but most.
✅️ 24. Monthly mortgage overpayments. Standing order set up! Only small payments to begin with, but the important thing is I'm on my way 🥰
25. No more than 2 cups of coffee a day - down to either 2 or 3 per day. Getting there.
26. 1.5 hours of exercise per week - not started.

@Ms_Potato_Head - Have you tried brushing your teeth with bicarb every day for a week or two first? That is what most whitening products have as their major ingredient. Gets rid of tea, coffee, and wine stains too.

I’m back with another book to add to my list. It was quite hard going and I had to persevere, but was worth it as I was immersed in it by the end.

- Library books should read Black Loch, Peter May,The Shapeshifters Daughter by Sally Magnusson. The Night Watch, Neil Lancaster and ordered the Glasgow Boys ( thanks for the idea @the chubbyunicorn) Bit of a Scottish theme emerging!

@button_box Glasgow Boys is an excellent read (well listen as I had it on audible). I work in a residential children's house in Glasgow so it was very fitting and I thoroughly enjoyed it, hope you do too!
