They've now changed their name on Trust Pilot to Sensory Play UK and their picture in an effort to stop people leaving bad reviews I assume.

I know they've traded under multiple names, multiple address changes etc. I keep an eye on their company's house pages hoping they'll get struck off! Daniel Edwards needs investigating again by the media.

don't know if I will be told off on here for this but here goes.

I once filled my basket with sensory toys and a dark den. I clicked through to the payment page then decided it cost too much. So abandoned the sale and carried on surfing the net.

A week later I received the full order. I emailed them and got no response which is typical, they never respond to complaints either. Stuff sat in my garage for a week or more then I gave it to my son.

Result I'm glad someone got something from them rather than them taking from everybody else it's a pleasant change 😂. Did you ever hear from them about it?

Mad isn't it how is such an inept company still running.

Watched the rip off Britain bit and wasn't long enough I think thousands of us could of contributed but glad they're still being looked into.

Looking on Companies House today it appears that they are now overdue with filing their accounts for the period to 30th September 2025, while over on Trustpilot they are now Sensory Toys and there seems to be a steady stream of new one star reviews. Oh dear!
