I'm sorry this has happened to you guys they really are an abhorrent company I'd rather swear about them but won't on here!!
Small claims court is probably your best bet. On trust pilot someone took them to court and they didn't even turn up they really are scum bags.
I've had threatening emails from them for the last 4 months. You're not alone in your troubles with them not that that helps matters 😔

@Nappingnapster what are they threatening you with? My trustpilot review yesterday was the only way I could get a response from them after 2 months of silence regarding my order and they went straight to court action against me for defamation of character on trustpilot. I've compiled as many responses from other people seeking claims/non delivery and sent to bbc Watchdog. I've filed a complaint on trading standards but other than this I don't know how else you can make a company like this accountable.

@charity_ninja
County Court, credit record issues, my reputation if I work in an institution like the NHS etc, but it's all sent through kashapp whatever that is I'm assuming it just diaries on as I'm always emailed on the same day each week if I was to reply it would go to the accounts team but I stopped replying a few months ago because they don't take on board what you tell them just maintain their wrong position so it's pointless.
They seem to like throwing defamation out to anyone speaks against them!! If they actually took everyone they threaten to take to court they'd be there multiple times a day by the looks of it! I was talking to a guy on Facebook and they told him they'd informed his place of work about his conduct! He was self employed!!! They're liars.

@Nappingnapster have you a plan going forward then or are you leaving this unresolved? (no judgement. I'm just curious).

@charity_ninja it's such a little amount they're trying to get off me that I'm ignoring them and hoping they'll drop it. However IF they take me to court I'm fully prepared to contest it because they only sent me half of what I ordered so I feel the chargeback was valid and they refused to argue it with my bank. I've kept all the correspondence I've had with them, photos of the package etc. I've reported them to Trading standards twice, emailed the guardian consumer champions, the daily mail and the BBC! I've too much time on my hands clearly. I've also spoken to other customers who've had dealings with them who are willing to give me statements.

@nappingnapster thank goodness for good people like you who do have time on their hands. I've all of my correspondence and would love to push this forward too. Please notify me via here if you have any luck with any of the channels of complaint. I see that they were late in filing their accounts and are registered to the default address of companies house. Maybe this is a last gasp for them and they are on the way out. (wishful thinking maybe….?)

Interesting to have seen on the Companies House website page for the Company (company number 15934249) earlier today that a first Gazette notice for compulsory strike-off is intended to be published next Tuesday, 5th May. Interesting also that this is the second such notice within the past six months, the previous one having been published on 25th November 2025 and then discontinued on 1st December 2025. One cannot help but wonder what is going on!

I think thats because the name has changed again to Sensory Education Wholesale LTD address also changed again from Walsall to Manchester. They're very shifty and crafty.

A creditor objected to the striking off?

Note also the addresses have defaulted to Companies House, presumably because post is being bounced from the previous address.
