£3,504 - Total mortgage OP madeApologies for the silence been very bad at keeping up to date here.
I made a huge OP this morning (£3,000) which brings my total for the year to the above!
I had savings sitting in the account but it's been niggling at me for weeks on end so I decided today to just OP the mortgage.
So happy!

Hi @julicorn
Seeing this tense climate is going to make things more challenging, I opted to clear my mortgage today 😃. Now I can walk into my home and know that no one can take it away 🥰. Please add the 14k to April.
It's been a rather short (1yr5mths) but very intense hard target. I feel relieved. I can adjust back to normal life and build my emergency fund 🙈
Special thanks to the 2025 and 2026 folks, and to your challenge Julicorn, honestly, I doubt I would have made it if it wasn't for all of you, esp those who post almost weekly, you kept me reminded and focused ❤️.
Good luck to you all
