    Sorry I think I messed up my update somehow, my Feb overpayments would have to be 16k, not 11k 🙈 based on where my mortgage is at.

    Brain is not keeping up.

    I'm FTB, not an expert, all my comments are from personal experience and not a professional advice.
    Mortgage debt start date 11/2024 = 175k (5.19%)... Q1/2026 = PAID (3.94%)

    Had to make an extra OP to get the mortgage back to where it was before the remortgage but not counting that in the figures as it was just moving money that we got during the process!

    Hopefully, will hit OP target by end of May if not before.
