I’ve been waiting for my monthly pension and arrears, and WPS refund since 1 December 2025. What the above doesn’t explicitly state is a target date for those like me who applied to myCSP. What targets they have stated keep slipping. It was by end of April, then by end of May. In the recovery plan update before last, they gave figures that indicated that about 20% had been completed. Their latest update only says to be completed as quickly as possible. In summary, I have no idea when I will be paid.

Weren’t you anticipating your pension and arrears on the 1st, i.e. today after it missed 1st May?

Please tell me they’ve paid you.

That’s right, I was hoping for today. Nothing there. No finalisation letter yet or activity in my HMRC account either. One would think that it can’t be too long away based on what they have said. But, my retired life continues to be on hold.

I retired in February,received lump sum in March and told pension payments would start in May which did not happen.

I rang this morning and was told all pension arrears would be paid by 12th June and my pension payments would start in July.

I applied for my pension in November and retired in May. I had my lump sum a couple of days ago so hopefully my pension payments should start in July.

A huge weight off my mind.

With regards to application & retirement date your circs fairly mirror mine.

Out of interest did Capita notify you in advance or was it just a case of the payment turning up in your account?

I have been checking the online portal every so often to see if there are any updates. However, now thinking I am wasting my time checking as they will contact me if there is an update.

But tbh who knows?
