    What is RSS?

Is it to do with the McCloud remedy. I took early retirement in 2022, and I'm still waiting for my options. Just wondering if I will be waiting for another year.

Thank you. Considering the present state of things, I'm not wholly surprised.

I'm receiving my pension, so it's not a massive problem, I just want a payslip, showing pay and tax details for 2026/27, as well as a P60 for the year just gone.

Pay and tax info can be obtained from your personal tax account if required.

Good Morning Peeps! There is a message on the Civil Service Pensions members portal today. I am just sharing this on this chat for information:

The Member Portal will be unavailable on Tuesday 19th May 2026, from 6:15pm to 7:15pm, while we carry out planned maintenance. You will not be able to log in, register, or use online services during this time. This will not affect your information or any previous activity. Please try again after this time.

I have not been able to register for several days. Not receiving access codes, despite trying two different email addresses. Chat busy and cuts me off after giving all my details. Frustrating, but at least I am one of the fortunate ones and receiving pension.

Think you are totally right @HedgehogRulez! Today's updated message pretty much says "don't get in touch with us" so no change with their attitude towards us stuck here in limbo and being treated like mushrooms either then! I don't believe anything they say anymore on that site 🙄

Civil Service Pension Scheme Task Force Update We are experiencing intermittent issues with One Time Passwords (OTPs) being received to mobiles and emails. Please continue to attempt registration, there is no need to contact us.

Quotes update: All outstanding retirement quotes will be issued to members by the end of June. Please see our Quotes Hub for information and support. Please note we cannot escalate any quotes in advance of the end of June whilst we work through this distribution.

Ooooohhhh! Just noticed I am now able to post links on my post, so not quite a total newbie now! 😁

To be fair to them, I successfully registered without difficulty about a week ago. So it's not always impossible!

I've posted here before about the difficulties my wife's had accessing her pension which has been granted on ill health grounds. She eventually received a quote beginning of May - (been waiting since beginning of Nov. 25). Completed paperwork uploaded to Capita portal and a hardcopy returned to them 12 May for good measure. Today - 26 May - the postman delivered to her a whole new retirement pack setting out a different quote - annual pension lower and lump sum higher. Both quotes apparently based on same retirement date. I absolutely despair.
