I haven't seen this myself, or seen any other reports about it - outside of when there have been wider forum issues, like the wider Cloudflare issues last week that effected many sites.
When reporting to our provider and asking them to investigate, we really need a bug to be reproducible, or reported widely, or it's very difficult for them to resolve.
In the coming months, there will be major upgrades to the forum, so that may resolve some issues.Join the MSE Forum
