The letters you don't ignore are a 30 day notice Letter of/before Claim and a Claim form. Both discussed in NEWBIES Post 2 - Small Claim.3

I have received this letter in the post today. Can someone please advise if I have to take action on this?

Thank you. Any advice on what to include in an email to the enforcement email address for Parking Eye?Coupon-mad said:That letter is covered by the advice in post 2 of the NEWBIES thread.0 -
Sadly - since the BPA got into bed with the IPC and they cooked up a 'Joint Code of Practice' to suit their members - ParkingEye are no longer different and will not treat LBCCC stage like a final dispute chance.
Best bet is always 'Plan A' in the first post of the NEWBIES thread.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

But aren't I past that stage now? And if the part of post 2 no longer applies to Parking Eye, what am I actually supposed to do? Post 2 only talks about how to write to a firm of solicitors - do I do that instead now?Coupon-mad said:Sadly - since the BPA got into bed with the IPC and they cooked up a 'Joint Code of Practice' to suit their members - ParkingEye are no longer different and will not treat LBCCC stage like a final dispute chance.

There isn't a solicitor involved.
Plan A never times out. Plan A is clearly explained and is not 'appeal'.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

I meant I can't do that as established earlier in my thread.Coupon-mad said:There isn't a solicitor involved.

Please can you just clearly tell me what I need to do next. You've directed me to post 2, then told me it's out of date. What do I do next? Send that example letter to Parking Eye?0 -
Yes. Just remove stuff like 'your client'.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
