  • Thanks for the advice. I will give both the landowners AND POPLA a whirl. Hopefully the landowner's actually do something about it and cancel this.
    Otherwise I will wait for this claim form

    Out of curiosity, (because this has never happened to me before), what would happen if parkingeye take more than 28 days to respond to my appeal? They have yet to send me a POPLA code and I was wondering if my case becomes void if they take longer.

    Seems odd, normally a POPLA Code is given in the appeal rejection letter.

    The landowners finally came back with this:

    Dear ..........

    Thank you for your email.

    The signs state that if you do not have a parking permit you will receive a parking charge.

    There are no visitor spaces and all the bays are privately owned by individual residents.

    If you wish to challenge the parking fine you will need to speak to parking eye directly, details of how to do this are on the letter.
