Yet another scumbag parking eye letter - Fox House, Derby - POPLA Stage
Comments

That is a not a parking eye signed car park4
-
Post redacted pictures of both sides of the pcn please
GSV is woefully out of date3 -
Totally agree. None of this makes sense.
Hence we need to see the NTK and entrance P sign.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

OK, so I will get a photo of the actual entrance sign tomorrow, I just surreptitiously took a photo at a good angle. (you can barely see the back of it on a post in my 4th photo)
The metadata I can extract from my phone and add to the POPLA appeal, no problem.
And here is the NTK - both sides (it was removed by admins from my original post so I have redacted even more info, not sure what is upsetting them):

This seems to be causing quite a stir... But I've just proven that the NTK I received is ParkingEye.
And I will do my best to take a photo of the entrance sign tomorrow.
With the photos I have shown, what chance do you think I have with just the lack of signage and lack of proprietary interest points?0 -
Your VRM is still visible on the back page near the top ( not on the front. )
So no permit, not authorised, onsite as a visitor for 29 minutes, seems to comply with Pofa2012 to me, in which case not identifying the driver could well be irrelevant, as the RK
To go to popla you should ideally have a valid legal argument, not a scattergun approach hoping that you hit the target
Seems to be an entrance sign on the right hand side of picture 4. ( or its a bus stop, lol. )3 -
for all the criticism of Parking eye that is simply not a parking eye managed car park
You have some how made a mistake and i would suggest that is a separate car park2 -
I don't understand, are you disputing my PCN/NTK scan?
The signage is really that sparse on the site. Obviously I chose the right angles to better present my point. But if you want to see one of their half-assed parking signs they slapped onto the walls of the building, I can post that on here. (it's partially obscured by railing but I can get a better one tomorrow of course)1 -
I am advising that your photos are simply not photos from a Parking eye managed site
ive street mapped it and the car park Parking eye manage has a clear entrance sign and clear signs on the wall from the street view2 -
Then under that presumption. You are saying either:
1. I have mistaken the car park for which the driver parked in. This is absolutely incorrect, the time of events and the location of the vehicle during that date 100% match the details shown on the PCN.
2. ParkingEye are pretending to manage this car park and have no legal jurisdiction to do so. So are you perhaps referring to this?0
