It has been a really nice Chrismaa for us. We have hunkered down wirh family and friends which was lovely.
Spendy spends were therefore very low (for us) this last week at £124. My mum wouldn't accept any contribution to the food, bless her.

Pay day! 🥳 Highlights this month have been:
• Catch ups with friends - I became a bit of a hermit last year due to various stresses, so it's been nice to go out again with my friends.
• Reading for fun - I read a lot for my work and study, so generally don't choose to read much for my own enjoyment. That has changed since the Christmas break though and I'm really enjoying reading as a hobby again.
• My little house - I'm still unpacking! But everything is slowly finding a space and I'm feeling more and more comfortable.
My plan for the month ahead is to get in touch with the roofer who gave me an estimate for repairs, as I think I'm there or thereabouts with the savings now.
New savings totals:
FIRE: £22 -> £44 (lol - I do have pension pots too, thankfully!)
EF/Roof: £3,002 -> £3,505
Wishing all the lovely MFWs a wonderful weekend.
