I have studied the POST 2 in newbies. I cant seem to find official email for DCB legal nor local civil court email.

Gr1pr

DCB Legal use the info@ email address for these matters

Use Courtfinder to find the local court details , which in your case is Wigan ( not Northampton ), the location and address is on that court order

Make sure that your WS plus Exhibits bundle is 2 pdf's and that the total is under 50 pages

Car1980

And make sure you include a costs assessment. Time spent at £24 per hour.

Should i print, sign, scan and send? or it doesnt have to be signed.

Gr1pr

Definitely Must be signed and dated, add an e signature, no need to print it

No scans please. Courts don't cope well with scanned attachments.
