Good Afternoon
I received a letter from CNBC regarding a parking offence which they claimed G24 has taken me to court.
I have since read the forum provided by @Coupon-mad on how to respond to them.
I have since submitted AOS via Mcol website and also submitted my defence as well.
Today, I have received an acknowledgement letter by post below.
I'm confused on what happens next. I need your guidance. I'm torn between between paying through my a** for the charges or follow @Coupon-mad guidance.
Please help!!!

Thanks for your clarification. I understand but I don't even want to see court room. Would the claim be dismissed before it ends up in court?0

The CNBC will copy your defence to the lawyers acting for G24, so who are they ? You never saidbuckycasuals said:Thanks for your clarification. I understand but I don't even want to see court room. Would the claim be dismissed before it ends up in court?
You will need to go through the motions with our help, but they may well discontinue sometime next year
There was no fine, no offence either, just an invoice for the alleged breach of the parking contract on that private property, a civil matter
N180 DQ document is next, when the CNBC post it, then compulsory mediation after that

The lawyers acting are DCB legal. I forgot to add that. My apologies.

Then your case will likely end up with an N279 discontinuation and end up in this tally thread of 696 at the moment

Play the game; in 2026 it will happen.
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
