The laptop's Windows Outlook app can support multiple types of email accounts including Gmail, it's likely that when you set it up you've defaulted to your gmail account. If you want to use a Microsoft account then just add the account on the app. Click on the Add Account link and follow the instructions.laserbeam said:I am still trying to get used to this laptop the outlook tab appears on the desktop screen but when I click on it I get my old gmail email account it does not make sense to me0
