The clocks going forward seems to have made today fly by so far!

Hubby cooked a Gou$to meal for us whilst I haven’t done much to be honest! Finished off my book on kindle and just about to head upstairs for an early shower as hubby, DS2 and myself are off to an escape room this evening. DS1 wasn’t fussed on coming so he’s offered to look after DS3 whilst we go.

really enjoyed the escape room last night, we only had just over a minute remaining by the time we got out!

Today has been a LSD, we needed milk & juice.
Tomorrow is food shop day so definitely won’t be a LSD!

Mortgage payment comes out on Wednesday, I’ll also transfer over £500 as an overpayment on Wednesday.

spoke to hubby this morning and I’ve decided to hold off on food shopping, he said we don’t need much and he’s away Thursday to Tuesday anyway, so that’s one less person to feed. We have our Gou$to meals for the evening and bits and bobs in the cupboard for lunches plus the usual cereal etc. I would like to try and run down tin/pasta/sauces cupboard and re organise so I’ll do that today. I will need to go food shopping at some point this week but the longer I can put it off the better I suppose. Also going to need fuel soon 🙄 DS3 is at holiday club tomorrow morning so I’ll fill the car up then. Might just hibernate today as the temperature has dropped again, just want the sunshine back!

Awake bright and early this morning - basically hubby woke me up whilst getting ready for work and now I can’t get back to sleep!
Transferred £300 into savings so we are now at £6127. Looking a lot healthier than the beginning of the year!

Still waiting for mortgage balance to update.

Put £50 worth of fuel in the car today, Ive been using a bit more than usual with DS3 going to holiday club which is about 30 mins drive each way but he only has a couple more sessions so I’m thinking I’ll top up another £30 next week then that should last a while. I don’t really drive far in my car usually so petrol lasts a while (luckily!)

Mortgage came out today so need to check that and update figures.

£100 direct debit overpayment to the mortgage came out today, just transferred another £500. Hopefully I can throw a little more at it towards the end of the month but our council tax has gone up quite a bit this year so want to let all the bills come out first.
