I work for my Hubby’s company. Invoicing, quoting, dealing with wholesalers etc. I’m very lucky I can work from home as and when and still be around for the boys. ☺️

Back from the vets, vaccination done and picked up the next 3 months supply of wormer and flea tablets.

I have a bag of stuff I need to upload to Vinted this afternoon so I need to get that done by the time youngest gets home from school.

Vinted items have all been uploaded and 5 items have already sold! 🙂

Dinner has been eaten, bacon and red pesto pasta with tender stem broccoli and garlic bread 😋 had a shower and now sat on the sofa with no plans the evening……Apart from a cup of tea and biscuits in a bit!

Hubby has transferred me £500 towards an overpayment this month. I’m not going to add anything to it from my bank account yet, I’ll round it down next week once I’ve paid for 2nd cat vaccinations.

Hoping today and tomorrow should be NSD’s, no plans apart from sorting the house out. Now the nice weather is creeping in I want to start spring cleaning room by room.

    off to make the overpayment….

overpayment has cleared - £185,794.82 and another month taken off the mortgage. Down to 20 years and 10 months.

Had to pop to the accountants again with more paperwork! Then a couple of invoices sent off and now onto cleaning (again 🙄)

Nothing beats going into the weekend with a clean house for me though! And listening to an audible helps me keep focussed.

managed a NSD yesterday, hubby worked most of the day yesterday, DS was also working and DS2 went to Manchester for the weekend to watch a band. This morning we’ve had almond croissants for breakfast, they were from Aldi in the frozen aisle. We baked them in the air fryer and they were perfect! Lovely with a cup of tea. 🥐🫖

Not sure what we are doing today, weather isn’t great today.

We ended up taking DS3 bowling today, I lost as usual! Popped to the card shop after and picked up Mother’s Day cards and birthday cards for the month, then took DS3 to kfc for lunch. Hubby and myself were good and didn’t get anything as we’re having a Gou$to meal this evening.
Managed to finish my kindle book after we got home. Had a lovely Sunday ☺️

    Monday again already!
This morning I need to take our other cat to the vet for her annual vaccinations. I also need to pick up her flea and working treatment for the next 3 months. Hubby is working quite far away over the next couple of days so he’s booked a hotel room and is staying away tonight, which means I get the bed to myself 😃

Not much has happened over the last week, I’m hoping to pay another £100 off the mortgage but will wait until the end of the week as I still have 2 birthdays to buy for.

We did replace our cat flap with a microchip version last week as we had night visitors. Now one of our cats won’t use it (doesn’t like the clicking noise) tried different tactics and now at a loss of what to do 🤷🏻‍♀️

Anyway, hubby has this week off, it’s our wedding anniversary this week and DS3 is off on a school trip Wednesday to Friday. Weather is looking good so at least we can start getting the garden summer ready.

The cat will get used to the flap, especially if it sees another one using it. All of ours were deeply suspicious of these flaps when they first started with them. It evolves into treating it with the disdain it deserves, but never the less, using it. 😉
