    Another NSD today.
We all enjoyed the cooked breakfast and kept me full all day so decided on a cheese roll and packet of crisps for dinner.
I’m hoping to round the mortgage down to an even amount next week and I’ve decided to use a notepad I got for Christmas as my budgeting book. Think I’ll write down all income and outgoings and see how much disposable income I should have each month. Then I can add my spends for the month and hopefully see where the money goes! Think I’ve worked it should roughly be £550 a which is after the £350 overpayments to mortgage I make from my account, £300 to savings and a Gousto box each week. Ideally i’m wanting to add a bit more to savings but some months I seem to overspend on god knows what 🤷🏻‍♀️ my account is separate to hubbys so we have his disposable income too so he keeps on top of that. He has certain bills come out of his account and transfers me money towards mortgage overpayments but apart from that I leave him to it with his money. That has always seemed to work for us!

Never believed people when they said that even small overpayments make a difference but it goes to show they actually do!

£100 transferred into EF so now at £4207

I dropped DS2 to uni and headed straight to hubby’s accountants this morning to drop paper work off. DS1 decided he wanted to come as he has a day off, took a detour to the shops on the way home so DS1 could grab something he’s been after for a while and then back home. I did need to buy milk but DS1 picked it up for me and wouldn’t accept the money for it so hoping for a NSD again.
