just heard from my parents the letter arrived today but I am yet to view it / calling the court now for update - how long roughly would you wait for a country to respond to a completed n180?

Post a screenshot of your MCOL claim history below Please

1 Did you download the N180 pdf document, filling it in and email it to the DQ email address ?

2 Did you receive the N180 auto response email back and on what date. ?

    3 when was the N180 deadline. ?

Nb, they dont accept scans or pictures

Its not a court, its the CNBC in Northampton, a government office

All the above was a misunderstanding and N180 was missed by Court but safely received. Mediation this morning where DCB legal made an offer of 200 which I rejected. Was I right to do so considering 4 tickets or should I have accepted and got it over and done with? Thoughts and next steps would be much appreciated.

Next steps are as per the NEWBIES thread post 2.

There's a whole section there under a shouty red capitals heading 'IMPORTANT - KNOW WHAT HAPPENS WHEN' and I even provide you with recommended exhibits.

As it's DCB Legal & Parkmaven I would say I'd guess it's 95% likely to be discontinued despite being a larger claim.

Thanks for the above - they have dropped to £200 from the £800 so was tempted just to get it over and done with

DCB legal call today with another offer to settle! £250 more than what they wanted offered at mediation - £100 per ticket! They are having a laugh or a desperate attempt to put pressure on me?!
