DCB legal - letter of claim

Sorry being thick here! I have obviously done the header at the top of the page but what do I add at the bottom? The form itself confirms statement of truth including separate pages so do you mean to put the statement of truth at the bottom of the separate pages? I have to print all the pages anyway to sign them

Can I just put that in?

I assume that you are emailing your defence. ?
NO FORMS, NO PICTURES, NO SCANS, NO PRINTING either, none at all, they dont allow them by email
Your screenshot shows the header above paragraph 1 of 10, with the claim reference number and claimant vs defendant details
After paragraph 10, add the Statement of truth, plus add an e signature too
Save as a docx, then choose Save As and choose pdf
You only attach your saved pdf to your email, adding your name and claim reference number to the email header
Put your paperwork in a drawer, you dont need it, you won't be using it at all

how do I add an e signature? The N9 form has the signature box but won't I have the print it, sign it then scan it back in? Also the n9 form is it ok just to put in the defence see separate sheet? Sorry for all the questions

Sign the paper form, take a picture and add it to the bottom of your docx, then save as a docx, then save as a pdf, open the pdf and check your work, before attaching it to your email , no printing necessary
I wont be answering your last question because only the CNBC know that particular answer, so you could ask them tomorrow, I will only confirm a method that is guaranteed to work, nothing else
People on here who dream up various ways of doing these things tend to get a default CCJ due to doing the wrong thing in ways not accepted by the CNBC

Thank you for all your help - I will clarify that aspect with them tomorrow

Like we said. No form. This is nothing new. We used to email defences for years.

My opinion. ? Stop overthinking it, no phone calls, no forms at all
Just follow the instructions i gave you earlier, hundreds of other claims used what i said, it's tried and tested a no brainer
