I am getting confused now - Are you saying just to complete the defence and not complete N9?

Yes we know you did. Which is why we kept repeating ourselves. It's nothing new.

Given that I said "we did it like this for years" you could have looked at some defence threads from that time, by searching for something like:

    Email defence

You would have seen that nobody ever filled in a form!

…but don't go copying an old defence or using the OLD out of date email address either!

Then stop assuming and just follow the advice already given, nothing else, no more going off piste, no forms

Your assumptions and alternative ideas are a quick way to a default CCJ

The MCOL Money Claim system is not really suitable for private parking company claimant cases, the old system was paper, but especially since covid its more online and using emails etc, or a mixture, so too many options and several restrictions too

Its not really fit for purpose in these parking cases, but WE know the best options for victims like you

We also see the results of mistakes and errors, trying to help people who made things worse to unravel this poor system , so you are receiving the benefit of our experience and knowledge

You should have redacted the claim reference number and also your name too, please do so because its a breach of mse rules

Your statement of truth is all incorrect, it should be

    Statement of Truth

I believe that the facts stated in this defence are true.  I understand that proceedings for contempt of court may be brought against anyone who makes, or causes to be made, a false statement in a document verified by a statement of truth without an honest belief in its truth.

Then type your name and add the date
