    What's the reasoning for leaving a balance of £1, so they don't close it before the cashback has been received?

    No, just click on the link and apply. Cahoot/Santander is good at matching your details to an existing online banking profile if you have one. Mine tracked with TCB not very long after I opened the account and it's visible and funded in Cahoot's online banking.
    Can I ask has yours tracked as Cahoot on TCB?
    I have a Santander showing as pending couldn’t understand why so 
    Yup, a Santander proper one I did yesterday just has the Santander logo. When I click on the plus it states, "cahoot Simple Saver."


    How long did it take to track?
    Not long, ten to fifteen minutes.

    The incorrectly tracked Santander Edge Explorer (instead of Cahoot Sunny Day Saver) has now been removed from my tracked transactions, I did save a screenshot though.
    Edge is still incorrectly showing in my earnings page and still no tracking email for the Sunny Day.

    Simple email and earnings page are working fine.

    I wonder if it's affected by the order of applications? I did Simple first.

    Has anyone tried messaging TCB yet?

    Application for Cahoot Simple saver through TC showing as pending. Be prepared to chase up TC if it does not become payable by the end of 12 weeks. I deposited £1 which will be my only input. I also will not upgrade to a Sunny Day saver until hopefully the £25 comes through.

    Yes I’ve lodged a claim for a missing cashback payment with TCB
    they replied back with
