I think Moneyfarm are really walking a fine line here with this one, as it is very specifically incentivising people to move their money from a cash to an S&S ISA. As far as I'm aware, there haven't been any other cashback offers structured this way before (yes, plenty for opening or transferring in to an S&S ISA, which this offer also does, but none that expressly target customers with a capital protected account with that same provider). And as mentioned, on top of that, it's a one way move with the upcoming rule changes.
So whatever risk disclaimers are included, I wonder how this might be viewed at FCA towers…
Oh, and at best you're getting 1% cashback, which will be eaten up by the fees over the 2 year minimum hold period. So that target 4.7% return doesn't sound that great to me.

Has anybody opened an account?
TCB has tracked at zero for me 🤔

Yes, see my comment above. It tracked with TCB at £150, as expected.
The one I'm having a problem with is Quilter, that didn't track.

My Red Rose ISA cashback has gone payable. Quilter has now switched from declined to pending uplift too

Neither of my wife's and mine have tracked at all. Have had to raise them with TCB support then wait a month for them before they submitted them to supplier, which I'll hopefully happen next week (as they batch submit apparently) then could be up to 3 months for a decision…..fingers crossed but not overly hopeful.
At least we're up a tenner each on their Multi Asset Growth fund we invested in 😅1 -
Yes, mine tracked at £150. During the process I got a verification email which I had to click on which then took me to another Charles Stanley page away from the one I’d been on via TCB link. And then thus had to carry on the application on the ‘new’ page. Was not sure whether this would mean it wouldn’t track but luckily it did.

Any indication of how long it has to stay in before the cashback is paid?

OneFamily:-
Investment has to stay with them for at least 180 days. So you are not going to make a fast buck on this one, but if you invest in S&S ISAs anyway, then this one is probably worth adding to your portfolio for the 4% uplift on a £1k investment.
"Cashback is not currently available when transferring an existing ISA from another provider..
All policies are run through extensive validations checks and cashback will only be paid on valid policies. The eligibility is checked 180 days after your first premium direct debit or lump sum has been paid.
Cashback is available through the cashback website on genuine, tracked transaction completed immediately and completely online.
Cashback will not be paid if you stop paying or reduce your contributions, make withdrawals or cancel the policy before the terms are met.
Should your cashback fail to track automatically, please submit a 'Missing Cashback' claim within 100 days of your order."
