You have left the password on your claim form showing BUT the important part - date of issue - you have redacted!2

"3: Referring to the POC: paragraph 1 is denied."
In the template thread the above element is mentioned but I'm not sure where this fits into the template itself0

If you look at the claim form in the following link you will see in the PoC various numbered paras:-

Although some claim forms do not have those paras as such.4

POC are the Particulars of Claim, the details of the Claimant's claim against you. They're on left side of your Claim form.
Your Claim Form image was removed as the password was showing. Repost it here redacted as shown in the linked one above by 1505grandad.Le_Kirk said:You have left the password on your claim form showing BUT the important part - date of issue - you have redacted!Hopefully you've found correct section in the announcement threads to follow:

Is this ok for section 3?
 3. Referring to the POC: paragraph 1 is denied. It was a long time ago but from what I recollect the signs were sparsely placed, very high up without their own lights and in a dark car park at night. The signs in that car park have now been lowered nearer ground level than they were in 2021

Can you please repost claim form as requested by Nellymoser above.
Also state who signed the claim form - probably on the reverse.5

Had another go at section 3
Referring to the POC: paragraph 1 is denied. It was over four years ago but from what the defendant recollects the signs were sparsely placed, very high up without their own illumination and in a dark car park at night. The signs in that car park have since been lowered nearer ground level thus indicating that the signage was inadequate. Photographic evidence confirming this can be provided. The retail park is also on the same land as the carpark for Cineworld. Cineworld has free unlimited parking so the defendant had no reason to think this was not the case for where she had parked. The car park was deserted when defendant returned to the car (10 minutes outside of free parking allowance). Since the retail stores had all closed a number of hours earlier no custom was lost due to overstay.0

Can I represent her in court if it gets to that stage?0
