No I didn't but I just have now, bringing up the disability act and that my GP can provide that attending in person is a problem

They must state a reason for the face-to-face appointment. You have to get that reason listed in your journal.

Make sure you have accepted all commitments on your UC account; they're not always in the to-do or journal. They can also appear in your work-related commitments section. Just check those sections also.

there is an equality questionnaire which i just filled
Prepare to meet your work coachBased on what you told us in your claim, you will need to search for work or ways of earning more than you're currently paid.
To help you do this, we provide a work coach who you will meet the first time you visit a job centre.
Before you meet them, we need to know more about your situation, so it's important you answer all the questions in the sections that follow.

they're now offering a video link, also asking photo ID which I don't have
feels more trouble than going in person

So it's your ID that isn't completed online.
You can tell them that you don't currently have anything but can apply for voting ID
