You seem to be bending over backwards trying to defend the company for some reason when there are multiple instances both here and on other forums that they have not paid out as they should. Similarly I could say you have no evidence to support your implied claim that the company is acting above the board in every case.

I am not bending over in any direction. I am merely stating that there is no evidence that "only a fraction" of vouchers get awarded, or that anyobody who actually is eligible did not get their voucher. The fact that not all vouchers get sent automatically is annoying, but no proof for any underhand tactics.

There is ample evidence that many people still haven't received their voucher - as I said the evidence for that is on both this forum and several others. You have no evidence of the exact number of people who HAVE received their vouchers - (if you do let's see it!) Therefore you are no position to determine what fraction of people have not received them.
