I never thought I was going to get mine bearing the fact I paid my Barclaycard by making 30 £1 payments.

Voucher received on the 12 Feb.

Tried the same formula with Chase when I had to make 5 purchases but they declined to pay the £10 bonus.

However not to be beaten I complained and got £25 goodwill payment from Chase.

When i originally clicked the link to open an account it just took me straight to santandar page and nothing from vouchersent. So despite completing the 30 purchases, looks like wont be getting a voucher.

It wasn't easy to spot the combined offer, you had to page down on TCB to see it, and then click on it to get the vouchersent registration page.

If you still got your Santander OLA for the offer, it might still be worth trying to claim it. Don't go into detail, just say you had expected to get the voucher. Worst case they will reject your claim, best case you'll get a voucher.

I did the same as you and went straight to Santander. However TCB said to be fair they were forwarding all emails to the Voucher co so provided the criteria was met no one missed out.

I know there’s still a few days to go and hopefully my voucher will turn up but just wondering if there’s many other people who still haven’t got their voucher ? I guess the uptake was pretty big so it’ll take a while to send them all out
