Claim submitted for not receiving my voucher. I’ve had a reply from voucher sent saying the enquiry is in progress and they’ll be in touch once there’s an update. 🤞🏻 it doesn’t take too long and they send my voucher soon

I just tried this and got a message saying "no voucher located" 🤮

filling in form it asks for date applied / ref number and……website applied through, now I can’t remember which website I clicked through was it one particular one or was there various links

I did an enquiry through voucher sent today. They said the application didnt track so they contacted Santander manually. Within 2 minutes I received an email advising i didnt meet the t and cs. I definitely do. Santander say its nothing to do with them. Any ideas?! It seems a bit suspicious that despite my application not tracking they managed to get a response from santander almost immediately?!

can anyone confirm the OLA number is just your "application reference number" in the email received from santander upon applying for the current account? I can only see this reference number and nothing with OLA infront of it, thanks

Yes it is - I’m sure it says OLA in the email subject with the number thereafter

yeh that does sound a bit sketchy, 2mins is way too quick. Ive just done an enquiry now and will see if I get the same thing
