In my experience, British Land are in the pockets of PPCs but raise the complaint anyway.
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

So so sad it wasn’t Savills.
I will give British Land a go because this is enormously embarrassing or maybe they just don’t care.
Can they issue two tickets for the same incident?

No.  One PCN per parking event unless the vehicle is stationary for >24 hours, which is another parr of the scam because in the civil enforcement world a car that doesn't move is a "continuous contravention" and subsequent charges issued must be cancelled on appeal.

22 days after the incident they charged me for failure to display my Blue Badge and I appealed and paid a £20 reduced fee.
54 days after the very same incident they charged me an additional £100 for overstaying around one hour.

Now my appeal has failed with Nexus does this mean I have to appeal to POPLA about the two ticket scam?

Please can you post both the PCNs redacting your name/address/car registration. I want to check the dates and times etc.

    Good result.

Interesting to see how blinkered landowners are to the actions of the private parking companies they employ. Can't understand why they always think a bunch of ex-clampers in suits would have any ethics.

Brilliant news, well done for calling out their behaviour. Let's hope it doesn't get conveniently  forgotten about
