I’ve received a PCN for failure to display blue badge 22 DAYS after incident
I’ve received an additional PCN for parking too long 54 DAYS after the same incident
i thought they had a 14 day service limit ?

No they don't have a 14 day limit - this is explained in the NEWBIES thread and also in the MSE Guide to private parking tickets.

But obviously you mustn't say who was driving.

It also depends on if there was a windscreen PCN first. Which PPC?
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

It was a courtesy car and the garage revealed my name.
    Both were postal
I had a medical emergency, after I appealed they reduced my failure to display my blue badge to £20 so I paid it
The second ticket was staying too long during a medical emergency

Was this at a hospital?  Maybe talk to them, via their PALS service?

I have provided confidential medical documents, GP letter, Attendance Allowance certificate, Crohn’s documents, letter from my daughter in law’s company to prove she had to leave work early to collect me as I was unable to drive
In spite of all this evidence I lost my appeal and they’ve referred me to POPLA
I have read really bad things about POPLA and I don’t want to involve them
    I still owe £100

I have asked them what I should have done instead of contacting my family to take me home-no response
I have asked whether they have Policies and Procedures in place when someone cannot drive their vehicle in an emergency situation-no response

I had to buy Loperamide for diarrhoea in Boots where I parked. They’ve asked me for a receipt for a £3 cash purchase from nearly two months ago. I didn’t keep it and never would do for such a small amount.

Going to these extraordinary lengths to establish if I had diarrhoea feels really weird. I even felt compelled to offer my last Colonoscopy and Surgery report from 6 months earlier and a CT scan from 3 months earlier to prove I suffer Crohn’s diarrhoea.
No one in my life has ever been so intrusive and when I forgo my medical confidentiality to provide legal standard of proof of my Crohn’s I still loose my appeal.

I can only assume that my appeal is solely dependent on me providing proof of diarrhoea which of course is impossible without CCTV footage in the toilet cubicle.
You cannot have Crohn’s and not have diarrhoea.

i don’t know what else I can do.
