Perhaps modest based on some other posts i pay each month into most of them. Some months I am short so just leave them going. All paying plus 5%. There should be a Leeds one there but they wanted ID and it was too much hassle.
Hi ... can I add your 7 RSs to the League table. TIA.
    Sure yes..

    My January update:

21 accounts, although only 16 of them are being funded right now. Monthly funding ~£4000. Minimum rate 5.5% if it's fixed.
Definitely operating a "one in one out" policy from now on. Yes I know I said this before, but....

I was going to calculate a weighted average, but got distracted by other things on my spreadsheet.

Surely a regular saver ceases to be a regular saver if it's not being funded ?
Don't there need to be some basic ground rules so that everyone is singing off the same hymn sheet  ?

I think this has already been discussed.  Strategies are very diverse so inventing basic ground rules would be quite a task and probably take a fun element out of the project.

Define regular though. Some providers ask how often you will fund the account and bi-monthly or quarterly will still be considered a pattern. When some of your funding is from income rather than circling existing savings, it is impossible to be exact with what you will be funding. My fully funding every month group is currently 6 accounts/£2,000 (fixed rates at 6%+ and variable rates at 7%.) Following a reorganisation over Christmas, only 6 of soon to be 23 accounts won’t receive something unless there is a maturity or a better than expected month savings wise.

I imagine a lot of those people with 50+ accounts are not funding them all, and have opened a lot of them speculatively.

Come May this year, I'll be filling all of mine to capacity. My income fluctuates a lot throughout the year, so can't fund everything right now, but I only open accounts I intend in using.

My situation since my last posting is as follows. Remains at 21 accounts. Renewed Skipton.
January activity. West Brom maturing. Planning to close NatWest and RBS also this month.
January funding to be £4700 with the total balance on the 1st of the month being approx. £44,050
Of the remainder funding all except 5.5% Progressive
Minimum rate needed for any new account is 5.75%.
