Email from BG at 8.36, switch complete.
1 hour and 2 minutes, impressed.

  • Whatever I amend, I am still unable to get the CEC tariff. I give up!
  • None of these steps work for me.

I’m having the same problems. Would really like to find a decent tariff as my current fixed price ends soon and standing charges appear to have leapt up. Anyone from the MSE team able to help?

got a "you are ineligible  for this offer" message when I tried today , (didnt get this message before) it also suggested I try re-registering using the email address used for the news email if this was different from the club email. That worked for me - at lunchtime I could see all 3 offers available

This looked good until I checked my actual tariff with Octopus is the tracker which is lower than the fix rate. Unless needing certainty over the next 14 months I assume it's cheaper to stick to the tracker?

I can't get it to work at all, and I've been a member, and used it, for years, with the same email address as the one the offer was sent to.  Just says I'm not eligible.

If you're an existing BG customer with dual fuel can you switch just the gas to this deal? My existing BG electric fix is slightly cheaper but gas is about £70 better.

You can add me to the list of people with this problem, I meet the criteria but am getting told I'm inelligable.
