Existing BG electric only customer here. Also existing CEG member. All deals were showing for me this morning except the BG one.

Have seemingly just resolved by changing on CEG who my provider is to someone else. All of a sudden the BG deal was available. I was subsequently able to complete a switch form without having to provide any info regarding my fictional account with another provider so will see if it goes through okay.

Based on this I can only assume there is a bug with CEG or the BG deal isn’t in fact available to existing customers

OK, after doing the above I was then able to change the filter to "gas only" which still gave me the option to switch to Collective NOV26. I did this, had to fill in a direct debit mandate and then got a confirmation email from MSE that switching was taking place. Bit of a faff, hope it actually works out!

Existing British Gas dual fuel monthly DD customer, and long time Cheap Energy Club member.

Changed my existing provider in CEC to somebody else, and tried getting DD monthly deals for dual-fuel, then gas only, and, finally, electricity only.  However, the BG Collective Nov26 tarrifs were not shown.

Worked for me. I'm now on the new Collective Tariff. I just searched for desks and on the filter tucked in t fixed and supplier only, as I am a British Gas customer.
BG Collective Nov 26, showing as fully subscribed by 08.20 this morning, so you did well to get in quick
I asked MSE and they responded just now:

"The tariff has not been withdrawn and should still be available, it hasn't met the application cap yet."

Logged in and out again, no MSE BG offer :(

OutFox and Fuse showing as best offers in terms of savings.

BG Fixed Tariff Nov26 v2 well down the list in terms of savings.

**** WORKAROUND FOR ANY BRITISH GAS Customers have problems seeing the Collective Nov26 offer ***

As a British Gas electricity-only customer for a few years I've had this problem on previous British Gas offers from MSE i.e. not being able to see the tariff being promoted in CEC.

THE WORKAROUND I used (then and now) - documented by markbloke post 331 - was to change my current supplier in CEC from British Gas to another supplier. Having done that I was able to successfully switch to the new tariff and get my £10 switching bonus.

Yeah that's what I had to do to force it to appear in the results.

Existing British Gas customer. Saw the Cheap Energy Club email and signed up for the Collective Nov26 deal at around 23:10 last night. Confirmation email that I'm on the new tariff received from BG at 00:35 today.

Had recently chosen to switch to the Exclusive Fixed Energy v86 tariff, which was due to take effect on 4 October, so hoping they will take last night's instruction as superseding that and not end up in a muddle that results in missing out on the collective deal.

I’m also an existing British Gas customer on Fixed V76. If I switch to the Collective Nov26 via Cheap Energy Club website is it absolutely certain that I will not be charged exit fees, taking into account that I would not be switching directly on the British Gas website?

I certainly hope so - 'Existing British Gas customers can get it too, so it's a no-brainer for them (and if you're on a British Gas fix already, it won't charge you early exit fees to switch to this).'
