Mine has been paid now. So around 16 days after switch completed. Probably 14 days after I'd fulfilled the five card uses etc.

I applied for my account 31st October, so plenty of time to complete based on old date.

Switch was accepted by old bank on 7th November, but has yet to complete.

Do people think given they've changed the date irrespective of the deadlines when I applied I'm no longer eligible for the switch bonus?

Or is the language any applications and switches received before 10th November eligible.

If I am does money paid in as part of the switch count towards the contribution of the £1000 that needs to be paid in?

Re the last part , yes. I only switched over about £25, and then transferred in £1000.

My Mrs just moved over the £1000 as part of the switch.

    Both methods worked.

I'm pleased to update Ive received my switch bonus aswell (14 days after the 5th transaction cleared).

A quick observation: All the transactions seem to take a few extra days to clear i.e. i used the debit card for those 5 transactions on 23rd and 25th October but they didn't clear untill 27th and 28th (i thought debit card transactions were in essence immediate. Clearly not).

  • I still haven’t received my online ID so I guess I won’t get the switch bonus now?

I didn't receive mine either - but called about a failed switch and was told I could register without it.

He told me to uninstall the app, reinstall it, and then work through the registration process with my card details.
  • ID now set up and £1000 transferred in.

I presume I just make five transactions and I’ll receive the switch bonus upon the final transaction completing?

Assuming you've fulfilled all of the conditions of the offer, you'll receive your switch bonus within 28 days of fulfilling them.
